CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

At Vstaarplus Lifestyle Private Limited ("Company"), we prioritize customer satisfaction. While we strive to fulfill every order accurately and efficiently, we understand there may be situations where a customer needs to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions and process for order cancellations.

Applicability

This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through our official website www.vstaarplus.in or through our authorized fulfilment centers.

Cancellation by the Customer
A. Before Invoice Generation
  1. You can cancel your order anytime before the invoice is generated.
  2. Cancellation can be done through your customer dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  3. If payment was already made, a full refund will be initiated.
B. After Invoice Generation but Before Dispatch
  1. You may cancel the order within 24 hours of invoice generation, provided the item has not been dispatched.
  2. To cancel, email us at cancellation@vstaarplus.in or call us at 1800 419 0703 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM).
  3. Once approved, a full refund will be processed.
C. After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy after receiving the product.

Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  1. Invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable order or address details
  2. Product out of stock
  3. Pricing or technical errors
  4. Delivery not serviceable to the provided PIN code
  5. Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, the customer will be informed and a full refund will be issued.

Refunds
  1. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within:
    • 5 business days for payments made online via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking
    • 7 business days for payments made at fulfillment centers (to the customer's verified bank account)
  2. Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment or to the registered bank account.
General Terms
  1. All cancellation requests must be made from the registered email ID or mobile number used to place the order.
  2. Cancellation requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.
  3. Cancellations are valid only for orders placed and scheduled for delivery within India.
