INCOME DESCRIPTION

RETAIL PROFIT

Selling products directly to the customers is the first step to success and building a solid foundation for their business. Retail Selling is the surest method of earning immediate income even as you build a long-term business and satisfied customers.

Retail profit is the margin between the prices at which the Direct Sellers purchase the products (Direct Seller Price / DSP) and the prices at which these products are sold (Maximum Retail Price / MRP). Direct Sellers in Vstaar Remuneration Program can earn Retail profit 15 - 20% on MRP of the products.

For Example: Every product in Vstaar portfolio has a MRP & Direct Seller Price (DSP). If a product has a MRP Rs. 1800/-, Direct Sellers can purchase the same products on DSP which is Rs. 1440/- and may resell the same product on MRP and earn Rs. 360/- (i.e 20% profit) on reselling the product.

Retail Profit = MRP – DSP
MRP = 1800
DSP = 1440
Retail Profit = 1800 – 1440 = 360/-

SALES COMMISSION

If you are a registered Direct Seller of VStaar and introduce more Direct Sellers and these Direct Sellers purchase some products from VStaar Plus, then on every purchase some special points are generated which are called as Sales Point (SP). These SP points are given to every Direct Seller and their introducers who purchase products and these SP’s are added with all upward Direct Sellers. The sales commission aspect of VStaar Plus Remuneration Program is calculated from your network, with 2 Business Teams – Left Team & Right Team. Left Team is called as Product Sales Achievement Organisation (PSAO) and Right Team is called as Product Sales Generation Organisation (PSGO). As your business begins to grow you are entitled to earn more Sales Commission based on the total SP matched from weaker team. VStaar Plus Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with 100% of matched SP generated in either team as Sales Commission. The Value of 1 SP point is considered as Rs. 10/-.

For Example:

A Direct Seller recommends sale of 200 SP in PSAO and sales of 100 SP in PSGO in the ratio of 2:1, it makes him / her eligible to earn 100% of matching SP as Sales Commission. Further, VStaar Plus Remuneration Program remunerates Direct Sellers with Sales Commission on matching of SP points in both teams in the ratio of 1:1

SALES PERFORMANCE COMMISSION

In VStaar Plus Remuneration Program, when a Direct Seller achieves a specified sale, he / she is recognised with a specific rank, and company rewards him / her with Sales Performance Commission. This Sales Performance Commission is paid to the Direct Seller only once when he / she qualify any specific rank. Below mentioned is the qualification criterion of any rank achieved by Direct Seller along with Sales Performance Commission.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE

To provide you a dream career and financial security VStaar Plus Remuneration Program presents Business Development Incentive on the purchases made by their directly sponsored Direct Sellers and their directly sponsored Direct Sellers after their first purchase for their personal consumption. Sale of each product in a group generates special points called Retail Sales Point (RSP) for all Direct Sellers in the upward network. These RSP points are given to every customer / Direct Seller and their introducers who purchase products and these RSP’s are added with all upward Direct Sellers.

VStaar Plus Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with Business Development Incentive on the basis of number of Business Development Incentive Points earned by the Direct Seller in a particular month. 1 Business Development Incentive Point is earned when the Direct Seller is able to match Business of 500 RSP in his / her 2 referred teams Team A & Team B enrolled under his / her personal enrolled team. If a Direct Seller is able to match business of 5000 RSP, he / she earns 10 Business Development Incentive Points. To give away this Business Development Incentive, company allocates fund of 50% of total RSP turnover of the company generated in a month. Business Development Incentive is calculated as per below mentioned formula:

Business Development Incentive = Business Development Incentive Points x Business Development Incentive Point Value

Business Development Incentive Point Value = 50% of Company’s Total RSP Turnover / Total Business Development Incentive Points collected.

For Example:

A Direct Seller has referred 2 Teams: Team A & Team B. The Retail Sales Points generated in both teams is as follows:

Team A = 12500         Team B = 10300
So, on matching of 10000 BV, distributor has earned 20 Business Development Incentive Points.
Total Retail Sales Point Turnover of Company = 1000000 RSP
Total Business Development Incentive Points collected = 5000
Business Development Incentive = 1000000 x 50 / 100 = 500000
Business Development Incentive Point Value = 500000 / 5000 = 100
Business Development Incentive of Direct Seller = 20 x 100 = Rs.2000/-

LEADERSHIP INCENTIVE

Leadership is a skill encompassing the ability of an individual to guide other individuals to achieve a goal and a leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way to achieve that goal. To encourage this leadership and further reward the Direct Seller for their sales and their downline organizational sales, VStaar Plus Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with Leadership Incentive. Leadership Incentive is paid to the Direct Sellers, when they are able to match business of 50000 RSP from 2 Business teams Team A and Team B. To give away this Leadership Incentive, company allocates fund of 1% of company’s monthly BV turnover and equally divides the allocated amount among all the eligible achievers. Leadership Incentive is calculated as per below mentioned formula:

BIKE FUND

It is believed that, travelling on bike makes life convenient for commuting to distant places for promoting business. Keeping this in mind, Vstaar has started this Bike Fund for the convenience of its Direct Sellers. Bike Fund is paid to the Direct Sellers when they are able to match business of 100000 RSP from 2 Business teams Team A and Team B. To give away this Bike Fund, company allocates a special fund of 5% of company’s monthly RSP turnover and equally divides the allocated amount among all the eligible achievers. The Bike Fund is calculated as mentioned below:

TRIP FUND

Accumulate Trip Fund, and go on the well-deserved break to relax, enjoy and get pampered in luxury. Vstaar Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with a generous Trip Fund when they are able to match business of 250000 RSP from 2 business teams: Team A and Team B. To give away this Trip Fund, company allocates a special fund of 4% of company’s monthly RSP turnover and equally divides the allocated amount among all the eligible achievers. The Trip Fund is calculated as mentioned below:

CAR FUND

Vstaar Remuneration Program not only provides financial freedom to its Direct Sellers, it also helps them in fulfilling their Dream of purchasing their Dream Car. Vstaar Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with Car Fund when they are able to match business of 500000 RSP from 2 business teams: Team A and Team B. To give away this Car Fund, company allocates a special fund of 3% of company’s monthly RSP turnover and equally divides the allocated amount among all the eligible achievers. The Car Fund is calculated as mentioned below:

HOUSE FUND

To fulfill the dream of Direct Sellers of owning a valuable and comfortable home and to encourage them, Vstaar Remuneration Program has made a provision of House Fund for its Direct Sellers who are able to match business of 1000000 RSP from 2 business teams: Team A and Team B. To give away this House Fund company allocates a special fund of 2% of Company’s monthly RSP turnover and equally divides the allocated amount among all the eligible achievers. The House fund is calculated as mentioned:

GLOBAL ROYALTY INCENTIVE

Now that you have grown your business team and have become an asset to the company thereby you participate in growth of the company, the Vstaar Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with Global Royalty Incentive. A Direct Seller achieves the Global Royalty Incentive when he / she is able to match business of 25,00,000 BV from 2 business teams: Team A and Team B. To give away this Global Royalty Incentive company allocates fund of 1% of company’s monthly RSP turnover and equally divides the allocated amount among all the eligible achievers. The Global Royalty Incentive is calculated as mentioned:
