INCOME DESCRIPTION
RETAIL PROFIT

Selling products directly to the customers is the first step to success and building a solid foundation for their business. Retail Selling is the surest method of earning immediate income even as you build a long-term business and satisfied customers.

Retail profit is the margin between the prices at which the Direct Sellers purchase the products (Discounted Price / DP) and the prices at which these products are sold (Maximum Retail Price / MRP). Direct Sellers in Vstaar Remuneration Program can earn Retail profit 20% on MRP of the products.

For Example:

Every product in Vstaar portfolio has a MRP & Discounted Price (DP). If a product has a MRP Rs. 1800/-, Direct Sellers can purchase the same products on DP which is Rs. 1440/- and may resell the same product on MRP and earn Rs. 360/- (i.e 20% profit) on reselling the product.

Retail Profit = MRP - DP
MRP = 1800
DP = 1440
Retail Profit = 1800 - 1440 = 360/-
20% Retail Profit

SALES COMMISSION

If you are a registered Direct Seller of VStaar and introduce more Direct Sellers and these Direct Sellers purchase some products from VStaar Plus, then on every purchase some special points are generated which are called as Sales Point (SP). These SP points are given to every Direct Seller and their introducers who purchase products and these SP’s are added with all upward Direct Sellers. The sales commission aspect of VStaar Plus Remuneration Program is calculated from your network, with 2 Business Teams – Left Team & Right Team. Left Team is called as Product Sales Achievement Organisation (PSAO) and Right Team is called as Product Sales Generation Organisation (PSGO). As your business begins to grow you are entitled to earn more Sales Commission based on the total SP matched from weaker team. VStaar Plus Remuneration Program remunerates its Direct Sellers with Sales Commission as mentioned below:

For Example:

A Direct Seller is able to refer 5 Teams: Team A, Team B, Team C, Team D and Team E. The Sales Point generated in all teams is as follows:

Team A = 12500 SP

Team D = 6500 SP

Team B = 10300 SP

Team E = 5000 SP

Team C = 7500 SP

So, Sales Commission for Direct Seller is calculated as mentioned below:

Business Matched between Team A & Team B = 10300 SP

Business Matching Bonus = 10% of 10300 SP = 1030 SP

Business Matched between Team A & Team C = 7500 SP

Business Matching Bonus = 11% of 7500 SP = 825 SP

Business Matched between Team A & Team D = 6500 SP

Business Matching Bonus = 12% of 6500 SP = 780 SP

Business Matched between Team A & Team E = 5000 SP

Business Matching Bonus = 13% of 5000 BV = 650 SP

Total Sales Matching Bonus = 1030 + 825 + 780 + 650 = 3285 SP

Value of 1 SP = Rs. 100/-

Value of 3285 SP = 3285 x 100 = Rs. 3,28,500/-

NOTES
  • Sales Commission is calculated and paid on Weekly basis.
  • Closing Period: Sales Commission is calculated on the Business done between 12:00 AM of Thursday to 11:59 PM of Wednesday every week.
    • 1st Business Cycle: 29th of the previous month to 7th day present month
    • 2nd Business Cycle: 8thday to 14th day
    • 3rd Business Cycle: 15th to 21stday
    • 4th Business Cycle: 22ndto 28thday
  • Payout Period: Sales Commission is paid to Direct Sellers on every Friday.
  • To earn Sales Commission, Direct Seller must have 2 personal enrolled teams.
  • Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period.
  • Company reserves the right to change / modify the Sales Commission.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE

To provide you a dream career and financial security Vstaar Plus Remuneration Program presents Business Development Incentive on all the purchases by the Independent Distributor, their directly sponsored team and further team sponsored by them after their first purchase for their personal consumption. Sale of such products in group generates special points called as Repurchase Sales Points (RSP). To give away this Business Development Incentive, company allocates 10% of the company’s monthly RSP turnover which is further divided into 4 parts. Value of 1 RSP is considered as Rs. 100/-.

  1. 40% for the business generated in B group of all Direct Sellers
  2. 30% for the business generated in C group of all Direct Sellers
  3. 20% for the business generated in D group of all Direct Sellers
  4. 10% for the business generated in E group of all Direct Sellers
For Example

An Independent Distributor “U” has 5 teams under his / her network: “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, & “E”.

5 teams have a RSP business of 600 SRP, 500 RSP, 300 RSP, 200 RSP, &150 RSP respectively. Then, Business Development Incentive for U will be calculated as:

Total RSP turnover in a month = 500000 RSP

10% of RSP Turnover = 500000 x 10% = 50000 RSP

10% of RSP Turnover further divided in 4 parts:

  • 40% of Team B RSP Business = 20000 RSP
  • 30% of Team C RSP Business = 15000 RSP
  • 20% of Team D RSP Business = 10000 RSP
  • 10% of Team E RSP Business = 5000 RSP

Suppose Total RSP business in Team B in all company = 10000 RSP, then Business Development Incentive from Team B = Business in Team B x Business Development Point Value from Team B

Business Development Incentive Point Value from Team B = 40% of 10% of RSP Turnover / RSP Business in all Team B in a month

Business Development Incentive Point Value from Team B = 20000 RSP / 10000 RSP = 2Business Development Incentive Points

Now, Business Development Incentive from Team B = 500 RSP x 2 = 1000 RSP

Value of 1 RSP = Rs. 100/-

Value of 1000 RSP = 1000 x 100 = Rs. 100000/-

Now, Suppose Total RSP business in Team C in all company = 5000 RSP, then Business Development Incentive from Team C = Business in Team C x Business Development Point Value from Team C

Business in all Team C in a month Business Development Incentive Point Value from Team C = 15000 RSP / 5000 RSP = 3 Business Development Incentive Points

Now, Business Development Incentive from Team C = 300 RSP x 3 = 900 RSP

Value of 1 RSP = Rs. 100/-

Value of 900 RSP = 900 x 100 = Rs. 90000/-

Now, Suppose Total RSP business in Team D in all company = 2000 RSP, then Business Development Incentive from Team D = Business in Team D x Business Development Point Value from Team D

Business Development Incentive Point Value from Team D = 20% of 10% of RSP Turnover / RSP Business in all Team D in a month

Now, Suppose Total RSP business in Team E in all company = 1000 RSP, then Business Development Incentive from Team E = Business in Team E x Business Development Point Value from Team E

Business Development Incentive Point Value from Team E = 10% of 10% of RSP Turnover / RSP Business in all Team E in a month

Business Development Incentive Point Value from Team E = 5000 RSP / 1000 RSP = 5 Business Development Incentive Points

Now, Business Development Incentive from Team E = 150 RSP x 5 = 750 RSP

Value of 1 RSP = Rs. 100/-

Value of 750 RSP = 750 x 100 = Rs. 75000/-

Total Business Development Incentive earned by the Direct Seller “U” from 4 Groups = Rs. 100000 + Rs. 90000 + Rs. 100000 + 75000 = Rs. 3,65,000/-

  • Business Development Incentive is Calculated and paid to the Direct Sellers on monthly basis.
  • 1 Business Development Incentive Point = 500 RSP: 500 RSP
  • Retail Sales Points over and above 500 RSP is not taken into account for calculating Business Development Incentive.
  • Closing period: Business Development Incentive is calculated on sales done between 1st and last day of every month.
  • Payout period: Business Development is Incentive is paid on 10th day of every month corresponding to the closing month.

SALES PERFORMANCE COMMISSION

In VStaar Plus Remuneration Program, when a Direct Seller achieves a specified sale, he / she is recognised with a specific rank, and company rewards him / her with Sales Performance Commission. This Sales Performance Commission is paid to the Direct Seller only once when he / she qualify any specific rank. For calculating Sales Performance Commission value of 1 RSP is considered as 1.5 SP.

For Example:

For achieving the rank of Senior Sales Executive, business required from Left Team is 600 SP & 300 SP from Right Team.

Suppose, 600 SP is unmatched from your Left Team, and 300 SP is required from Right Team and there is a repurchase of 200 RSP inyour Right Team, then the value of that 200 RSP will be considered as 300 SP and you achieve the rank of Senior Sales Executive.
